With your health and safety in mind, due to hygienic and precautionary considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for cosmetics, skincare products, and fragrances under any circumstances.

However, you are entitled to a full refund for damaged products if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or if the products you received are damaged or incorrect. Please report any such issues within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing (amkscos@gmail.com) with your order number and attaching photos of the damaged product.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

Please note: This policy does not cover products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
